how to tell if my mini is tuned 07 jcw

i recently purchased a 2007 jcw mini r56 upon looking over the car it had a handfull of mods that i did not notice upon buying it and some stuff that must have been removed befor selling the car. upon driving the car it seems quicker then other 07 jcws i have driven. was wondering if there is any way to know if the car has a tune on it. i have peaked at 20-21 psi before and i dont think that is normal being that boost cut is at 22psi any help would be appreciated!!

On my F56, I bought the JCW tune and there was a little badge under the hood. If it was a JCW tune, presumably done at the dealership, they could have installed a similar badge.

It is a jcw have the certificate and the valve cover is numbered as well as the ecu was wondering about an aftermarket tune being that it peaks at 20psi

A MINI S peaks at 13psi and JCW is around 16psi. Since you are at 20psi it safe to say it’s tuned. Do you have a downpipe, is there a Check Engine Light?
