We can upgrade your current ECU to the 2006 Siemens VDO DME/ECU for $450. We will need to have your orginal ECU sent in to us so we can migrate the ECU VIN and other codes and move them over to the Siemens VDO. The ECU will be in a "VIRGIN" state so you will need a BMW Factory Type tool to 'realign the immobilizer' (between this ECU and your EWS). FullAccess FA53 owners can use the "immobilizer sync (unpaired)" option for this alignment.
