Short shift and shifter ****

Two more upgrades to the Mini were a CravenSpeed short shift adaptor and from ECS Tuning a Flossy shift ****.
The short shift went on when I installed the new exhaust. Pretty straight forward although I had to modify the shifter dust cover more than the directions stated. No biggie, cut it away and covered it with some aluminum heat/sound insulation to keep the dirt out.
The short shift is definitely noticeable. It does take a little bit more effort to shift into gear but it feels nice and solid and short and quick.
The Flossy shift **** went on way easier than I thought and it feels amazing. Although it is a little cold to the touch on Chicago November mornings.
I love both of these upgrades.
