I know this is NAM, however being a soldier stationed in Germany makes everything more difficult. My question is, does anyone know of any good DYNO facilities or tuners in germany? I know it's a long shot but I don't speak german so none of the German Mini Forums are much help.

Hope someone in Deutschland will reply soon. For my experience on all German forums, most younger Germans speak and write fluent English and will jump at the chance to practice it. Even with all German forums I often just post in Her Majesty's language.
