19-22 % pulleys

19-22 % pulleys, now that I have meth working well, and a way to monitor intake temps when I'm on the track (track car) (canbus logging), and alarm the dash/shift light if they spike due to a meth problem is there any reason to avoid these besides "efficiency"?

I run a 17 % now, going to a 20 % would be a 650 rpm supercharger increase at 7000 RPM, 17250 to 17900

I know some of the UK guys run real small pulleys now, not sure what forum they all hang out on

stock

even on the track the rpm should be under the rating most of the time, if you look at the laps on here you can scroll down and see the rpm data, most of the time it'll be well within it's efficiency range

Just as an FYI, besides the RPM issue and the S/C simply holding up to the heat, one of your other issues "may" be finding the right sized belt, once you start running an S/C at its limits, the line between too tight and too loose can be very thin, 1mm in length can make a difference, so just make sure the appropriate belt is even available.
Otherwise I'll be interested to see the results, W/M can be a game changer in many ways.

That's right, those guys have already done the R&D on it.

If nothing else it seems like a fairly easy and inexpensive experiment.
While you'll absolutely be counteracting the engine charge itself, I'll be interested to see the effects that any extra heat has on the charge in or directly out of the S/C itself.

Speaking of that, I've always wondered if cryo/Co2 spraying the S/C housing would have any effect in a drag race type scenario?
