Looks like its cross ref to a JCW turbo N14 engine. The new nameplates borg warner state K03 on the tags. And does not show much of the old info. That's my guess.

So, it's an older JCW turbo? Would it be worth it to upgrade from my stock N18 Cooper S turbo?
