turbo psi?? HP??

so my jcw turbo pulls about 4psi and I just got a new and it will pull about 10psi according to mini and I was wondering if I will notice a difference.

At 4500 the S does 13psi and a JCW does 16 max psi. As both turbos get closer to redline, boost starts tapering off mQubed Motorsport, Manic Tuning Dealer
