Were you able to get them out? For the double ended bolt, heat for the bolt will help loosen it so that you can walk the nut out. This guy in this NAM thread here had a similar issue with it being stuck while removing his downpipe. Post #4 is his solution. Hope this helps if you're still having issues.

I didn't get back to it tonight...but I think i just need a breaker bar for the o2 sensor. What happened on the double ended bolt was....the nut came off...but the bolt didn't move....the other two came out just fine. Torch it + vise grips?

Yes, heat helps. Try applying it to the bolt alone and not the surrounding materials. Then maybe take a hammer or vise grips to help you push/pull it out. For the O2 sensor, the thread that I linked the guy said, "I ended up running the car to heat up the down pipe and then using a 22mm open ended wrench instead of the socket. The wrench had a much better grip on the sensor." Maybe try that out and see if it helps.

Should be relatively self explanatory for a handy guy. So the question is, what is the hang up you're having doing the job?

there is like 3 bolts/nuts to hold the heat shield that aint never going back on. You'll figure that out. It has plenty without them.

Also found lossening the bottom bracket mounts made it work so much easier, this was the only way I found to get DP onto turbo.
