Unfortunately, just like when you get a new car, the minute that sucker leaves the dealer's possession then it's considered "used" doesn't matter if it sits in your garage for 6 years or if you drive it hard everyday. Unless it's sealed in the box (unopened) or straight from the dealer then what you are selling (being the first owner selling to second owner) your product is used and depreciation will follow.

I'd only ever think to pay over $200 if it was truly new, sealed, and in milltek branded boxes. Once it's out then there's no way you can prove that you didn't drive it hard and then just polish it up for sale as "new". I don't intend on being snarky but it irks me that you are trying to brand a used product as new whether you are trying to rip people off or not.
