I took my 2010 clubman to the dealer for the ac not working. They claim my forge intercooler rubbed a hole in the ac condenser, so of course it's not covered by my warranty. Has this happened to anyone else here? They say it will cost around $1100 to replace it, if they can fit it behind the forge intercooler.

 

look at it your self if you can check out your condensor and look for any green Freon or signs of rubbing that's what I would do

 

If its a small rub hole mix up some JB WELD and patch that baby up
