What's your Mini experience?

Hello everyone. I am a writer at Fast Company Magazine. I am trying to get the input of Mini users for a customer experience awards we're putting together for our magazine. It is in no way affiliated or sponsored by Mini USA--we are a completely independent magazine and are trying to recognize companies who provide great experiences to their customers. We would love it if you could take a few minutes to take our survey and give us your input as a Mini user and owner. Your input will help us choose the winner of our customer experience awards. Thank you so much for your time, and hopefully for your participation in our brief survey!

Thanks!

Your survey asks about our experience with MiniUSA...most of us have not
dealt with MiniUSA....only our dealers.

I thought I mentioned this on another cross forum post you did.

Great car but I also filled out the survey expressing how greatly unsatisfied I was with my dealings with corporate MINI USA. This isnt a company that should be winning any awards unless its a "worst of".

Love that car, It is great fun to drive, Downtown Mini in Orlando Fl is the best dealer I have ever had over my many years of buying cars.

It's interesting to see Trader Joe's on the list of companies you're soliciting input on. I think Trader Joe's is the polar opposite of MINI when it comes to customer service - they absolutely set the standard when it comes to reponsiveness to customer questions and complaints.
