I have a 2013 Cooper S and I am going to rebuild my turbo. Do all our K03 turbos fit exactly the same? Do all K03 Turbos fit the same in general? I know the down pipe does on the Mini. I was thinking of buying a turbo off a 2007 or 2008 Mini for dirt cheap, rebuilding and upgrading it, and throwing it into my car. Will it fit with no issues? What are your thoughts?

I think custom tuning is a really tough problem to overcome on these cars and you're not going to get the full benefit of a modified turbo without it.
