I have had a rattle from behind the driver side seat. It sounds like a dull rattle like something is loose in the side panel. It is not the hatch or the seat latch problem. (these were solved ) It only makes the rattle over small bumps like broken pavement or manhole covers etc. It does not correspond to to any bump that the suspension takes.

The dealer has said that the rear sway bar is contacting the body and making the noise. They tried to adjust but it is still there. Nice of them to try considering the mods in place. I have H-sport springs and the rear hollow tube Hsport bar set on the middle setting.

Has anyone one else had this noise or body contact? I do not have the car back yet so I cant verify the contact but it does not seem logical given that hitting a larger bump or causing the suspension to compress does not induce the rattle.

 

I have H-sport front/rear bars and springs. Haven't had any rubbing/noise issues. Good luck.
