Just wondering if anyone has tried the OBX catback on an R56, and what they thought of it.

Someone must have.

Let me warn you that OBX is notorious for poor fitment. So be prepared to spend some extra money cutting and adding/removing pipe.

I've had an OBX catback on my other car for over 8 years without issues. All that had to be done to it was tweak a couple of the hangers a little. I've heard that the finish gets ugly on cars driven in the winter, and they are notoriously loud due to the cheap mufflers. For $300, the expectations would be low.
I was looking to delete the muffler on my Mini, but saw it won't cost too much more to go to the OBX.
