Might give that 260 gt a try a few times, running e85 after sometime can clogged fuel injectors and rust in the tank fyi.
My idle is ~700 and I run 93 octane pump gas that is <=10% ethanol. JB+ hasn't affected it

If you were to run leaded fuel your cats would be destroyed, not a wise move.

Take off the JB+ to test.

So installed a downpipe yesterday to get more power with the JB+. I now have the CEL for emissions. This CEL for dmissions does not affect performance correct? I can easily clear the code every time, but if it dosen affect performance I dont mind just leaving it on.

P0420 I think it is. Have an Akrapovic DP and their delete-R. No problem.

I have the delete r also. It does not block the code from being stored in the ECU. Just went through this and had to put the stock DP back in to get rid of the P0420 even with the delete r. It only blocks the light from hitting the dash.

Won't effect performance but will not allow inspection to be passed.

I believe that car logs different parameters and if someone looked long enough and hard enough at the logs they might suspect something, but it's not like flashing the DME which is much more likely to leave a more obvious trace.

I don't even know if the parameters that the JB+ alters are parameters that get logged. Things that get are likely to be logged are over-revving, top speed, etc.

No trace is left behind once removed. But remember, we don't condone warranty fraud. If you damage your car by adding aftermarket parts then you should pay for those repairs yourself.

I'm pleased to report I've not heard of a single instance of anything being damaged with the JB+. It's just a mild but effective bump in power.

Yup, same here; Always on Red.
JB+ = Power
Sprint Booster = instant throttle response.
Throttle by wire sucks, sprint boost corrects that fault...

One of the reasons why I will be adding a sprint booster and a catless DP sometime this summer.

My Cat-less DP should be on Tuesday if all goes well... Perfect combo of power, quicker spool, and throttle...

I'll trade someone my sprint booster(MT) for an intake....that's how much I dislike it.

An auto might be a different scenario.

Will the JB+ module be ok without any thermal wraps or heat reflective foil around it? It gets pretty toasty under the hood especially if stuck in stop and go highway traffic.

So how are those people with stored Cels codes for the downpipe going to pass smog? Even with stock downpipe there's still going to be that code stored away.
