It's been discussed before. It's all CGI (fake) and some even think it may be some sort of on the down-low advertising from mini.

It definately is sneaky advertising from MINI. This (last?) month's AutoTrend has a removable booklet which is an "excerpt from the upcoming book" on the robot made from MINIs.
