I talked to them today, they have many units available and I would like to have this order placed by the end of the month. Does that sound good to you guys? They just told me to let them know when they have a total of 5 orders.

Sweet, I'm assuming if the order is placed by the end of the month, it'd get here well before my trackday on Feb. 17, right?

Also, any idea on shipping prices?

So from my understanding is that they will start taking payments when the list of 5 people are filled. Once orders are being paid, they will ship them right away. I have weights but no dimensions which they will have tomorrow.

I'm confused or just stupid. You showed the pics for with cat and catless and then talk about a hi flow version. Hi flow what? A 3rd downpipe version or is this more tubing for the exhaust we're talking here. Sorry for my confusion. Will these also fit 2013's cooper s's?

newb-ish question here. the catless will throw a code, right? and for us n18 folks, we can't get rid of the code b/c the AP doesn't work with our ECUs. and if you live in CA, you can't pass inspections with a CEL, correct? sorry, not only am i newb-ish to this tuning stuff, but i'm also newb-ish with CA laws. thanks in advance for the answers!

That's my dilema now too. Apparently, no one has the ability to tune the N18 unless we physically remove our ECU from the car and have them tune it that way. I spoke to RMW, and he's not even really interested in tuning my vehicle in that specific manner. Says its too much work and liability. But I know Evolve and Renntech and a few others will tune our vehicles, it's just we have to remove our ECU's and send it to them. This is my DD though, the downtime is going to make me go to enterpirse rent-a-car for a couple days. And what if the car doesn't run right after I get the tune back? (je**s, I'd be frustrated) Not sure what to do at this point. And those delete-r's we can install to supposively keep the CEL from coming on don't sound very promissing from what I've read. It's hit or miss with those working properly from what I gather.

i haven't kept up, but does the 2013 jcw no longer use the n14 engine? living in ca, i don't want to deal with having my car pass inspections. if i were to get a new DP, i'd want one that's catted and doesn't throw a code. i'm not sure where in OC you are, but NM is close enough to make a day trip out of for a tune. i've considered it, but haven't pulled the trigger just yet. i have 33k on the clock right now, and may do it when i'm out of my warranty. but i'd also like to put on a couple more go fast parts (e.g., meth, dp, maybe turbo) before i do the tune.

Let me speak with Evolve tomorrow about your dilemma. I know if there is a issue with the DME when they are done and it is there fault they will replace it. But I haven't seen to many people have issues with Evolve. I will get back to you guys tomorrow with a update on tunes and maybe a group buy pricing on it as well

That's, correct 2013 JCW is the N18. California allows a new car owner to have the new vehicle for 5 years before a smog test is required. We'd have to put the OEM pipe & tune back into the car at the 5yr period.. Hence the reason why I want someone tuning the car. Problem with NM, due to their liability rules, will NOT turn off the CEL with respect to the aftemarket DP's. I'd be all over this DP group if we had a few local tuners besides NM.

I know RMW would disable the CEL light, but it's odd that he won't tune a N18

I had my doubts about buying the N14 JCW I did since I had a 2012 N18 MCS on order, but now that I think about it, I'm quite glad I did!
