Looking at headers for my r53.

Is there a compiled list of options that are out there?

Is the Flashpoint available and shipping? I am afraid I am going to need a replacement for my OEM one and that looks like a great option.

The Mynes V2 is an excellent choice in my opinion. It also utilizes a fabricated OEM cat so there is virtually zero CEL thrown.
