Drivetrain Anyone tried thermal coating on face of intake valves?

Anyone tried thermal coating on face of intake valves?

I know there are not a lot of people rebuilding these engines yet, but was curious if anyone has applied a thermal coating to the face (combustion chamber side) of the intake valves to help with carbon on the valve stems.

It might help marginally with all the heat, but most of us R56 guys are nowhere close to removing our cylinder heads for head work
