i read the instruction from BSH, and found there is a tubing connected to the barbed fitting, where is it going, i mean what has there on the other side? and what is the Block off plug (to be used only in conjuction with Catch Can)? Thank you.

The block off plug is the Large NPT Plug that is pictured below threading down the center of the Boost Tap. We say to use it 'only in conjunction with the Catch Can' because it effectively blocks all PCV gases from escaping through that PCV hose and thus sending 100% of the PCV gases through the other outlet which should contain a catch can.
