Buying a Mini with a code on it? Bad idea? Need help

Hey new to the community, ive been looking at getting into a cooper s and I seem to have found a good deal through a dealer suprisingly. 08 cooper s 56k miles, appears to have rims, and dealer said it at least have exhaust but unsure of any other mods. They told me it has code "p115d" and it cannot be deleted. I am oblivious when it comes to turbo and supercharged cars. Can anyone give me input on whether this is a big deal or does it sound like I am going to immediately be replacing parts and having a rough riding car. Which they claim it runs and drives fine, but its a dealer so you never know...
Thanks for any input and info

Found this with a quick search, should answer some of your questions although I know just as little as you do probably and haven't read through it completely, there does seem to be a solution in the last post however.

I saw that, but didnt know if it was really that simple or if it was more of an underlying problem? I didnt see anyone say if that product actually worked?

You could have them stipulate in a contract that if there is a problem that is associated with that fault code, the dealer would be responsible for paying for it.

Of course, as I do whenever I have bought a used car, I would recommend to take it to an independent mechanic and have a pre-buy inspection done. It's money well spent on a used car and kept me once from buying an MX-6 that had apparently been in a really bad accident!
