i use powder coating? and do i need to sand the blue color first?
I don't think you need to powder coat it. I just cleaned mine with rubbing alcohol and gave it two coats of Rust-Oleum flat black protective enamel. After +3 months, it seems to be working fine.

Reason: typo
now i totally decided imma go with NM ones and see if they can make me some red ones! or can i paint them? cuz i want them red
Just get a can red paint. I'm working with NM to get the next batch done in Black, cause most the dealer techs won't even notice it when it's black. But it will be awhile before we could get them.

Any luck in getting these in black. I am very interested in this.
