>>fitted my modded charger this weekend at Helix. Getting an extra 6-8hp; dynoed at Helix before and after, same day. Howls good, puts out 18psi max (previous consistent max was 16psi.)

What sort of mods did they do to the sc? Did the have to do machining? What was the price, and what did the dyno say? (inquiring minds...)

I would also like to know what mods Eric is doing to the SC? I had Eric do my pulley and springs...Perhaps another drive to Philly is in order?

To My Knowledge, JLM had this done on his own, and installed at Helix.

Currently, I am developing a Modified Supercharger, that will be machined for larger inlet and outlet ports, Have a Special lubricating Coating put in the Blades for decreased temperature, and allow for smaller pullies. This will be in for testing sometime next month, and should be pretty decent gains. Also, we are developing a Modified Head that should allow for some good gains with the Pilo Racing Supercharger as well.

Thanks

HAve gotten back the results from some flow testing on the MCS Head, and we have found that the exhaust ports are a major bottle neck in the whole system. We will be opening these up, as well as the exhaust ports, polishing every thing up, and making this thing flow really well. One I get more info, I will let you all know.

Thanks
