custom tuned car, remove mods, how will it run?

So I'm planning on putting my car back to stock. I have an RMW tune and the mods on the car are 15% pulley, Cravenspeed CAI, Miltek header, JCW 380cc injectors, Magnaflow exhaust.

I'll be putting all stock parts back on except for the 15% pulley. What should I expect the car to run like with the tune? Is it too hard to tell without knowing how far the parameters the tune is from stock?

I would think you would be fine except when you swap the injectors for the smaller 340s. It will run leaner and will probably feel more lively. It may also trip the service engine light, with a lean condition. The ECU may adjust, but I don't know. Maybe someone else can chime in on that. It is also only a 10% difference in injector size, so it may not matter.

I would get it reflashed by the dealer if you plan on stripping parts off a custom tuned car...the oem tunes are very forgiving, but custom tunes are very specfic...to the point I would wonder if you might cause dammage. Since the value of the used Jcw injectors are close to the cost of a reflash...I think unless the car is leased, just keep them in...they add extra value!!

I have not done this...but I bet someone has!!

The OP's car has a header, Exaust, intake...and the 15%.....
if you strip the parts... None of those parts is worth much... And the $$ paid for the tune is gone...sell it to a clubmember, and the cost of the tune, and the parts, abet their used value, will be re-couped...nomlabor or time wasted. Strip the parts, then the car runs like a pos...and you pay $$ to get it flashed, and unless you do, don't get full value for the trade-in due to the car running subpar, and throwing codes.....

So just an update. I removed everything other than the 380's and seems to be running well. Forgot how tiny the stock tips look! I'll be getting the car flashed to stock prior to selling though, would not feel comfortable selling the car even if its running ok without the stock software.

I did think about selling the car as is with suspension, brake, and engine mods, but I think it will be easier to sell a stock red/white MINI to someone who wants to put butterfly stickers on it or whatever

Also as an FYI, anyone in the PDX area, Rasmussen wanted $165 to reflash, Pacific Motorsports (reputable BMW service/racing shop) will do it for $100.
