An ad about this appeared on my local mini board. The claim of 50+ hp sounds ludicrous. Has anyone tried one?

 

Wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot poll.

 

Has rip-off written all over it IMO. They are claiming that a canned tune.on a chip, with no mods will do more than a custom tune and $$$ in mods. Sounds fishey....the fact that you can't just swap a chip on our cars like others makes it even more suspsious....since they proclaim to be selling an upgrade chip....if this was possible, uni-chips/piggybacks and custom tunes would never have become so popular...sounds like a scam at the worst...a quick way to granade you motor at best!!!
