Need Help with mini madness lower engine bushing

My question is on the larger bushing. The OEM bushing has a metal sleeve and the red mini madness bushings do not. Is it supposed to have one? The directions do not discuss this.

Second, in which direction do the bushing go in? should I see the smooth side from the outside or the side with the tabs.

Thanks.

The tabs go into the stock mounts voids. It does not replace the bushing, it just reinforces it. The only thing you might have to do is trim any excess rubber in the stock mounts void to make the madness ones fit better/deeper in
