Ya know... it wouldn't be hard to put a remote thermometer by your airbox... to see what temp you are actually sucking in. Why doesn't somebody with one of these airbox mods take the plunge and get some numbers in relation to ambient temp.
It's a lot easier to figure things out when you are talking real numbers instead of a bunch of guesses...

Ok...let me know. If it's inexpensive, I'll have no problem getting one.

I have the ags-r and according to the intake temps on the scangauge
temps are about 10-15 degrees lower. after everything warmed up
temps with ags-r are generally 5-7 degrees above outside temps
with previous cai (won't name) intake 15-20 degrees above ouside temps. these numbers are based on hwy driving 55-65 mph also forgot to mention previous cai temps were with the scoop opened up.

Hello everyone, today i installed super ags-r to my Mini but simply it seemed like a bit slowed my car but its so new i cant recognize clearly are there any other users to share exp. with me about this product. Also after a few try on 2nd and 3th gear i opened my hood and see the turbo like a fireball is that usual because i never checked my hood before after rolling... One last question is that a problem that air fuel ratio because now car is takin too much air from the scoop ?

P.s: i removed the scoop grill.
