They seemed to think that baked heat temp paint and a couple of dollars worth of header wrap equaled ceramic coating, which is no longer offered.
They were very hesitant to credit my account for the non-existent ceramic coating until I sent them a rather pointed email, that it would probably cost them a lot more than they were trying to save by not crediting my account.
I will check with my credit card company next week to make sure I received credit, and can officially remove them from the naughty list.
did ou get an apology response to your email you sent?

I'm also waiting for a FMIC from Helix and some other stuff and would like to tear it down and do every thing at once.
@oldcracker, might not be able to find at a reasonable price locally, check auto stores. I have access to alot of metro Minneapolis stores but it's hard to find for some reason.
I get mine from Summit Racing, decent prices, but I s'pose you have to pay duty? Good luck.
Which one did u get from summit racing? Lol there's so many different ones on there, I'm prob gonna ship it to the border and pick it up

Hi oldcracker, I ordered p/n THE-11031 1"W x 50'L copper. It will take temps to 2000 deg. Have you ever used this stuff before? If you soak it in water first you can usually get a tighter wrap.

Received credit on non-existent ceramic coating . Billet Design is off the naughty list.
Have it installed and I'm mostly happy. The lower heat shield will not fit, but I wrapped the pipe from top to bottom instead of just the catted portion. Made some minor mods on the pipe. I ground a small notch on the flange to clear an actuator rod on the turbo, and welded the inside of the flange and ground it smooth for better flow characteristics. I took some pictures, but I can't get the attachment thingy to shrink 'em?
Took the car out for about a 50 mile spin. Difference ? I haven't driven it for about 5 months so it was like driving a new car again . Didn't get any check engine lights, but I didn't expect any. Did it spool up faster ? probably, I really couldn't tell for sure, but going thru the gears it had a mean growl at the higher rpm's, so that was different. I'll see what happens when I install the new exhaust.

Does their high flow DP fit a 2.5" custom exhaust? I know regardless a check engine light will come on. I'm just curious cause their DP is $295 right now!

It should if your present custom exhaust mates up with the stock downpipe now. I never had a check engine light come on with mine.

If you would be interested, I would sell mine for $250 as I have gone to something less restrictive ( no cats ) PM me if interested.
