Well... another happy RMW customer!

Today was the day i pulled the trigger and got some RMW toys...was a bit late starting since i was coming from san diego and it was hybrid car in fast lane day!
First stop was to MINIcorsa for the install...quick and complete...RMW Cam/Header and JCW injectors...

the car felt pretty good with just that...then it was over to see jan and to work his black magic!

first pull was 194whp
second was 205whp
third was 211whp
and finally......215.7whp and 191.9lb ft tq!

the mini feels reborn...it was so smooth i had to watch my speed a couple times...was over 90mph and didnt know it

once again thanks to jan and danny!

actually in talking to jan what he said made sense about the head....its good as it sits....i should look into getting the head when i rebuild the engine...the cost of the whole thing will depend on what level of parts your going for... i did the cam/header/jcw injector plus a few other things so my cost will be different

Congrats on your new toys and power that they produce. As usual, Danny and Jan are great to deal with and produce results.

WOW, congrats on your numbers! 21 HP extra just on the tune is impressive as well, putting you around 260 hp at the crank. I love my RMW cam and header on my JCW, but I desperately need a tune to get the full use of them.

Jan, when are you coming back east??

Goooooood stuff.... welcome to the RMW cam/header club

I absolutely agree... transforms the car, and, as Longboard said, a great reliable daily driver config.

Can't wait to get a re-tune... I think I'm leaving a bit on the table still.
