How hard is it to make a new cap for the coolant tank?

Hi guys,

My coolant tank was leaking at the seam so I had a new one made from aluminum. I have the tank now but the problem is the fabricator put on the wrong nozzle. It's too small to use the OEM cap.

How hard would it be to make my own one? From what I understand if it does not have a "release" mechanism to let pressure out it will start bursting my lines. Or can I just use any cap without this feature?

Anybody? This is very urgent as I need to have a solution within the next couple hours. Otherwise my car can't run :( Much appreciated. Thanks!

Additional info: The nozzle is narrow by a couple mm more than the standard size. Anybody know any other car which uses a slightly smaller size cap which I could use directly onto the new tank?

Thanks for the reply. I went to every dealer in my area. I eventually sent it into a shop nearby and had the neck cut off and had a new neck welded on. It works perfectly now! I'll post some pics later.
