Alta Catch Can Reinforcement

I've fitted my catch can as described in the 'alternative' thread where it runs between the breather pipe and the solid grey line.

But when i start the car, the vacuum is compressing the can quite a lot, has anyone else seen this happen?

How did you cure it? I'm thing about making some reinforcement rings or a plastic pipe (if i can find the right size).

Old threads discuss inserting a piece of PVC pipe inside the Alta OCC so that it does not collapse. Time for a Home Depot run .
