Anyway, not sure about the "new EVOtech" I only know of the Powerchips ECU that is currently Randy's top-shelf ECU upgrade program. In any case, whatever's the best and most tested will be at the Pulley Party for uploading.

I'm the Mike who arrived late Saturday night for the Cincinnati pulley party ...& had to leave early Sunday aft.

 

minimc; hopefully Randy will be able to fit your header and suspension stuff into the mix - although it may be after the normal pulley party schedule. I'm sure we can figure something out!

Didn’t mean to sound so presumptuous – I know this Detroit gig is your baby. Add to this that I’m only hoping that Randy can fit these mods in too… as I haven't asked / told him about the idea yet! …Guess I was thinking that this ‘party’ might go like others I’d read about.

I thought we already cleared this up with Randy? He's last statement to my similar request was, "although I would like to, it wouldn't be cost effective" because he had to ship out more equipment. Maybe he changed his mind?

Maybe if both of us are interested this might make it cost effective? ...I dunno, but I plan to call Randy & ask today. If it's a no, then I'll have to have this stuff sent to my place, or do it at a later date.

I went to the Webb Motorsports site and saw two differenct ECU programs. What is the difference between Powerchips and EVOTech?

Also, What is the recommended Intake with the Pulley and Powerchips upgrade?

I'm considering participating in this Pulley Party. I'll work the Scheduleing with Ryan.

Just got the word from Randy - You were absolutely correct, its a no-go


Oh well... I'll be there anyway & will get my ECU reflashed. Now I have to check the schedule. Though Friday is looking good. What about right after Ryan M?

---> miinimc: sorry that Randy won't be able to fit in suspension mods. From what I remember of the Cinci pulley party, he was very busy all the time with just Pulley's and ECU's!

This is killing me. Just got my MCS (644miles) and would love to do a pulley. Obviously the break-in period and the timing of this event will not work. MCO has been fantastic to get up to 'speed' with my new love. I think I am the only Mini driver in Traverse City, MI.

Any suggestion on a proper milage to do such a modification? I am thinking about the 5k mark.

Will be looking for a spring/summer pulley event in Chicago or Detroit, maybe Ohio?!?
