How many liters of oil does the Manual R56 MCS take?

Hi,
I'm about to change out the gear oil and replacing it with either MOTUL FF COMP or FF-LSD TYPE 2.

Any feedback regarding these 2 oils would be helpful too!

Thanks

A quart is .946 liter.
A fill will take just under 2 Quarts ... 2 liters will be enough.
To check, the fill hole is the level sight ...
So on level ground when the oil come out of the fill / level "sight hole" the trans is "full".

As far as fluid goes I am a BIG Redline fan ...
