I got mine done at a Meineke in Queens. It was rather pricey at $150, but he replaced the down pipe and did an overall good job. I kept it for a couple months then replaced it with a Miltek.

Although the one-ball added power, it made the car a little rough to drive especially in the very low RPMs - noticeable when starting from a complete stop. I didn't realize this till I put on the Miltek - very smooth throughout the entire RPM.

The one-ball is definitely louder than the Miltek with the burble (if you have an 05-06) sounding quite high in pitch.
