VGS and service

Quick question; should i disconnect my vgs before going in for service or is it ok if i leave it installed? Has anyone run into problems with their dealer because of this mod? Thanks

I did early on. My conclusion is that if you are going in to get something on the engine fixed, then return it to stock since they are expecting all the vacuum tubes to be in stock configuration for their diagnostics. However, if you're going in to get the oil changed, or the tires rotated, then don't worry about it.
btw, name the dealer in case other NAMers have experience with them and mods.

Good luck,
