Randy Webb’s original pulley swap method will give you a general idea http://store.webbmotorsports.com/for...topic.php?t=16
Some steps can be omitted from his approach; here is an overview of my method: drive up on ramps, disconnect the battery, remove the bumper cover and bumper, unbolt and remove the crush tubes, unclamp the lower coolant hose to the radiator and drain, disconnect the upper coolant hose, disconnect the fan and unbolt the refrigerant line from the chassis, carefully bend the AC heat exchanger down and away from the radiator support, remove the radiator support and drain the remaining coolant, remove the intercooler, it will now look like this
take tension off the belt, lock in place and unbolt the arm from the supercharger, remove the center coolant hoses (one big & one small), remove the throttle body and supercharger intake duct, remove the dip stick tube if you can (I had to move the SC upwards but others have been able to remove the tube first), remove the alternator and unbolt the SC, however you are able to get the dip stick tube out be sure to plug the hole before pulling the supercharger, attached water pump & supercharger output duct away from the block because coolant will flow directly over the opening, the block will now look like this

As can be seen I do not remove the fuel lines or intake manifold.
When installing the SC, rub KY on the new water pump o-ring, insert the input tube carefully, when threading the tensioner arm bolt back into the SC take tension off the arm’s pivot point with a prybar so there is no side load on the bolt.
I’m sure something has been omitted so feel free to ask if there is a gap in understanding.
