380's

got the 380's from helix today and it's much better . much cooler too about 15 f difference in oil temp. . so guess it was pretty lean . plugs verified this too . at bottom and mid it's awsome but gets flat up top so looks like a tune is necessary .
so to sum it up ; as mario kart said " if you go to a big valve head, get a tune " !!!

a better gauge would be to look at EGT's, and AFR at the same time. i'm running 380's without a big valve head and i am running lean. you probably really need 400's.

yeah probly coulda gone to 400's but i think with a tune i should be good . i can.t be above 200 - 210 . i'll get it dyno'd to check af's .
