Oil drain plug thread/size
Does anyone know the size and thread pitch of the oil drain plug?

While we're at it, does anyone know the size of the power steering hoses?

14mm x 1.50 thread pitch for the drain plug.

Yep. Same oil pan and gasket as the MCS, too (different guide tube, guide tube bolt and dipstick, however).

A club member with an 03 MC replaced his with the same sized plug. He called several parts shops looking for a Mini Cooper oil plug with no luck until he mentioned the bolt size and they were in stock. FWIW.

I bought one of these from Goldplug for the oil and transmission pan. The prices were so low I purchased one for all my cars.
They have quick usps shipping.

Seems as if the oil drain is M16x1.5 for 11137546274 or 11137585928 per real OEM on an 09/10 N14.
