The front mount intercooler looks crazy. Vulcan tire sales has great deals on tires also.

What Kal has forgot to mention is that he drove down from Phoenix AZ to Fireball HQ in CA ripped his car apart with the Fireball crew installs loads of new parts then drives it back to Phoenix AZ.

Someone asked about low speeds and idling. I thought Kalvin was allergic to low speeds?

It'll be cool to see and hear for sure. I bet you have a BIG smile on your face when you rev it!

Do you have a photo with the grill in and the hood closed??? What was the pressure drop? I like the way it looks.

Those exhaust tips look like a pair of dangling cajones. Not to my personal taste, but wicked-looking to complement the performance. Any sound clips available?

Hey Tuls, did you route the supercharger's compressed air back to the turbo, then to the front mount intercooler and then into the engineThat looks really sick. Can you elaborate on your setup? Thanks.

heh heh... no... what I did was get this crazy silly idea for max size and looks... Also I was planning on going T only... but ran out of funds and time for various reason beyond my control...

Sooooo, let me explain what I have... and then I'll tell you what I wanted...

right now charge goes like this... intake(hidden under the charge pipe from turbo to TB), turbo, throttle body, supercharger, front mount, intake manifold.

now.. if I was turbo only like I will do at some point... there would be some major difference here the two charge pipes on top would be gone... and the pipe running from the turbo would come out and go directly left and then down and to the front mount, then to a custom intake manifold.... like Kal has...

and the 85000000 dollar question... where are the pipes running?!

the hot side runs down the back and under the frame rail... yes there is plenty of room between the motor and sub frame... etc... it's hard to explain.. I'll take more pics sometime... but right now my car is in storage as I ahve been on the road for over a month..

after the IC the pipe comes out... makes a 180 and then a 90 up and another 90 to the intake manifold...

hope that helps clear things up...

accually no.. I am having trouble getting the car hot... cuase it's soo darn efficent.. I'ma have to put back the 220 thermostate from the 180... LOL cause once I loose the SC it's only gunnah be even more efficent... WOOOT!

That's great that the FMIC doesn't hamper the cooling efficiency.
The M45 in your setup is a restriction, but once it's gone and you re-route the pipes, it will look and perform a whole lot better.

If you ever get around to it, shoot me some pics of how the pipes are running to and from the FMIC. I like that much better than running them down in front of the radiator.
Not to take anything away from kalbone's setup, I just like tucking stuff out of plain sight.

that was my thought as well ... more to see if it would work... and if so... give people options to think about... I kinda like the over the top from certain aspects... kinda kewl.... but like I said... once I thought of the other.... I just had to do it... LOL

all I really need to do right now to get it done is get an electric water pump... and change the pipes... but honestly I figure.. it works now... so I wanna wait and to it "right" intake manifold and all.... yup yup...

I'll be doing an electric pump soon.

I don't want to take kalbone's thread any more off-topic(sorry man), i'll get hold of you when I look into a FMIC.
