A lot of the guesses made me wish we had something more connected. I really liked the mini connected characters. We really just tried to generate a completely random word, and Godzilla fit the bill for that.
For next time we are thinking of a magic word game without guessing. We want to initiate a discussion on an issue or item of some sort. And the first person to use the magic word in their post would win. There may or may not be clues as the word would be a more common conversational word. Do you think it would work?

Our First Sergeant does this, if we say the word we get a free lunch at the chow hall. Not sure if it is a punishment or reward, but it is fun game.

I kinda like the mystery word in a subject thread. Although the repsonses may end up very wordy and long. Not that I'd ever run on with random thoughts and words or perhaps odd sayings or may weird facts, or...
How could we limit the length of posts in that kind of game? Any ideas?
A word count would be difficult to enforce, wouldn't it?
I'd like to play another game next week, but we'll need a good one with rules that are objective and easily enforces. Ideas?

Might limit the number of posts, like one post per day in the thread, and one statement, like a main Idea of the post off the main topic and must stay on topic so to speak.
