I'm looking for info on good wheel size and tires for a 280 WHP '07 MCS. This set of 2 will only be used on the strip which is about 60 miles from my home. I'll be changing tires at the strip, unless there's a really soft set available that's good for the street too. My street tires are getting eaten up on launch, so I really need a softer / wider tire.
The suspension is still stock - no lowering kits, and the plan is to keep it for street / drag strip only - no rally or oval driving - strictly straight line. I already have separate sets for winter and "all season".
Suggestions please?
