A Che-Vette that is.
No, seriously, it's a 2001 (CORRECTION - 1998) Black Corvette. Decent swirl marks, but I think they will come out with just the orbital. A few rock chips. He is getting touchup paint, and I will use Langka. I wouldn't DREAM of getting a rotary. I am just not ready, and I know it.
But this car has never been polished. Granted, it was garaged for over two years when they were living in Aussie.
So, OctaneGuy, have you done an early 2000s Vette? Recommendations? Anything unique about this paint?
ETA - I forget to mention that this car is his BABY. It only comes out when it's not raining and it stays covered and winterized all winter. HAHA I'm sure that cover has caused some swirl marks, though!

I will use Meg blue clay
Either Gold Class or Mystique wash
M80 first, then M83 if necessary with 8006 pad
Nero or Aerospace 303 for the interior
OctaneGuy's new "sauce" for the exterior trim
Endurance for the tires (unless he wants a matte finish)
Epic for the wax
But I also have the Prima polishes, too. So I'm hoping OG can provide some direction on which way to go with the Vette...

I would have thought that you were his baby.
Don't waste your Mystique, use the cheep stuff. Use your Mystique after you get the Epic down.
Would love to see before/after photos!
