I would like to redo my garage with some time of floor covering it's a 3 car garage so I am looking for something pretty economical. Also I live in Denver so in the winter it gets pretty wet and dirty.

You should first pick the type that best fits your needs:
Concrete sealant paint
epoxy floor coating
solid/rubberized floor tile
perforated flow-through tile

Within each categories there are various brands, prices, and qualities.
I went with perforated as my garage already gets rainwater flowing through the floor, and it is nice to have melted snow drip beneath it. It was also one of the least expensive and super easy to install.
