DP order...

A screen shot of my "hypothetical" DP order... need to scrape up the money to order it up. Should I call DP and see if there is anyway they can give me the NAM discount?

alright. photobucket doesnt want to do it. needless to say, it come out to $373.22 and has the PC polisher with pads but without the case and everything in the PRIMA line except for hyrdo, with 3 monster fluffies and 2 bottles of slick (one for clay, the other for a QD), 2 bars of clay, and 1 bottle of wheel shield. should i get hyrdo instead of 2 bottles of slick? (still one for claying...)

did you post in your gallery? would that make it bigger?

anyway, you got clarity and the MF glass towel?? they rock. if not, add those.

i have hyrdo, but haven't used it yet, but people seem to like it. of course slick does go fast if you use it for clay and for quick detailing.

Here' my last $100+ order from DP.

This bottle of Epic looks much smaller than it really is!

Yep Gallons of Clarity and Hydro

About 2/3rds finish with my last gallon of Slick, gotta order more!

These look a lot different when they aren't in their blue bottles don't they???

Do you think calling Heather may help? I know tax is going to kill me, but at least shipping is free (assuming I miss the nightmare I am having right now with a friends christmas gift (a SWEET europlate)).

oooo. didn't realize Finish wasn't a wax but the last polish. sounds good. epic it is.

Octane would you recommend layering hydro as a last step on top of Epic??

i've also added the p21s all surface cleaner/restore for chrome accents...

For Prima Swirl Removing products you have

CUT
SWIRL
FINISH

AMIGO (combo wax/polish)

EPIC (synthetic polymer wax)
HYDRO (spray version of Epic crossed with SLICK QD)

I like Hydro a lot, and for now I'm testing it without any Epic--just Hydro once a week for my protection.

I don't think putting it over Epic would hurt, not sure how much it will help either. Hydro contains polymers just like Epic.

For me, I would use Epic, then the next time I'm going to QD the paint, use Slick to wipe it clean, then Hydro the clean surface. Not that you couldn't use Hydro instead of Slick to QD it, but again, just my preference.

$31 is too expensive??? Hmm, you can hire me for a day for $600 and I'll show you the ropes.

Put it this way, that $31 will easily save you from spending money on the wrong products and tools.

haha. sounds good. $31 isn't too bad considering it is years of experience crammed onto a dvd. but when i strip the paint off of the hood of an ///M5 i expect OctaneGuy to come fix it for me

If you manage to strip the paint off an M5 with a PC by following the methods on the DVD with those pads and chemicals, then I will pay you a visit. LOL.
No cheating though with a grinder!

Order it tonight, and I'll ship it tomorrow by FedEx Ground. You can find out from FedEx.com for a 1 pound package shipped from 90066 to you, but a couple of days. Because of the snow storm over Christmas, there were long delays beyond my control. If you want me to ship it FedEx Residential that also delivers on Saturdays, just let me know and make sure you provide the shipping address as a residential one. Otherwise I always ship by regular FedEx ground.
