sticker resudue
Assuming its vynl
After your next wash (important to remove all the dust/dirt/road salt/grime) saturate it some warm to the touch water then take a razor blade and gently separate the decal formt he paint, sideways pressure only, it will likely leave a little residue, take a clay bar (got mine form autozone, you can search for more details on the usefulness of clay bars) use some QD or Lube locally and revome the residue and it should help to smooth any colorations, then go a head and wax the area to seal and protect the paint.
Should the clay bar be completely ineffective then I'd consider a polish or wet sanding, start light abrasives to risk the least cutting into the clear coat.

Goo-gone, stinky yellow fluid in small, clear plastic bottle. Probably in the cleaning-chemicals section of your grocery store. It's perfect for this kind of stuff. Put some of it on a papertowel & rub it on the sticker-goo. When most of it's gone, take a fresh paper towel, more chemical, and repeat.
Isopropol alcohol (rubbing alcohol) works for me every time as well. Also agree with the goo gone and goof off suggestions. I apply it with a small foam applicator. That way you can "hold" the moisture against the decal. Really speeds things up compared to just wiping on top.
i also like to use motor spray for RC cars. they clean adhesives off very
well and works for stripping wax too for small areas where im going to
apply decals or a new trim piece.
great for cleaning scissors and blades too, after cutting decals or
e-tape, etc.
one of the must-haves for my garage.

Dealers still do that? (Not in California!)
Take it to the dealer & have them remove it for free since they wern't paying you for advertising nor asked your permission to put it on your car in the first place.
I had the Dealerships window tint installer redo one window because he put a label showing the degree of tint (Hello) WTF is this?
