Z-pc

I used Zaino Z-PC on my bonnet, boot and roof.
Then I tried it on all the chrome and light covers. The chrome is shining like never before.....terrific! Anyone else try this? Can it be used on the wheels?

Sure. ZPC is a fine, diminishing abrasive that preps the paint for waxing. Yes you can use it on your wheels

I appreciate your answer. I think the Z-PC will clean the wheels amazingly well. I'll be set with a layer of Z-2 on top.

Also......I got an '06 in Feb. After a Dawn wash and four layers of Z-2
with Z-6 in between each one, the paint has a sheen that sparkles.....like never before. My '02 never quite came out this way.

Since you've had success with Z-PC, can you give a run down on how to use it correctly? I've got it at home but don't dare to try it out cos of the horror threads I've seen on how Z-PC ended up marring the paint instead. For that matter, any one who has had success with Z-PC, pls chime in with your valuable insights .

Thanks in advance!

i'd like to know more about the 'marred' paint. I can only tell you what has worked for me. My Mini is only 3 mo. old. It's first wash was with Dawn
and I added three coats of Z-2 pro within a week.....layers of Z-6 in between. I waited a week and used Z-PC...wipe-on to small areas, work in and wipe-off. I use only microfiber clothes for cleaning and polishing. It's effect has been especially easy to see on my white stripes. Then I added another layer of Z-2 pro. This was followed by a through washing with Z-7 and hand buffing. The paint is fresh out of the factory and has shown no sign of needing to be clay barred. It was after I applied the fourth layer that the dark silver paint began to show an unusual lustre. I never thought I could get it to look this good. I'm actually afraid to add another coat of polish. I'm wondering if the paint quality has changed since '02, as well as perhaps the quality of the Z2 line?

I have used it dozens of times. Works great. Never, ever caused any issues. Be sure you apply ANY paint cleanser with a medium-soft PC pad or a pure foam applicator if by hand. (not a terry covered one which does not apply the product, or pressure, as evenly.) The Viking foam applicators with the **** handle on top are the best.
