Hi... my name is agranger and I'm a detail-a-holic.

OK... after driving 800 miles to get to the dragon, Jango is going to be covered in bugs and muck. I've heard that there are hose bibs on the sides of the cabins, so I'm bringing my hose, bucket and an arsenal of detailing supplies (the wash center is supposed to be PACKED most of the time).

My wife is going to be out of town the weekend before the Dragon, so I'll have some time to put on a few layers of Zaino after getting the new brake pads on.

Are any of the detailing forum regulars going to join me there? It would be nice to put a face (and a car) to the screen name.

I wouldnt say that. I washed my MINI 3 times in the time I was there only had to wait for the hose once. I did bring my own bucket, soap and wash mitt (only because I'm super picky )

 

I'll be in a Dogwood cabin with a friend of mine from the office.

With the painted arches mod in PW that I just finished, I should be moderately easy to spot in a sea of MINIs! Please come by for a wash and say 'Hi!' --EDIT-- (by 'wash', I mean "please-drop-by-and-say-hi-and-feel-free-to-use-the-hose-while-I-go-hit-the-dragon) --EDIT--

I'm currently debating about returning to the Dragon again this year. Since I'm sponsoring the Car Wash area, I will likely come to represent both VacuCam and ShowCarGarage (a new detailing venture). And if so, I will bring some of my detailing gear for demos.
