Wait required for new paint?
I bought my 06 CR/S MCS on 12/21 off the floor, build date unknown. Is the paint good to go for polishing/sealing/waxing now?

The build date is on the sticker that you'll find when you open the driver's door. . .

I know, but the MINI is at home and I'm not. My wife and the MINI stayed home today and I drove the minivan to work.

To answer your question, the car is ready and waiting for Zaino. Check the stuff out(Zainobros.com). You will never use the term "wax" your car again. (Isn't it interesting when one asks a question how often the actual question is ignored, on line?).

Wow! Tallahassee, CR and lots of chrome!
My wife's new MCS is CR/S and I added some chrome goodies to it, too, including the chrome dash supports. And, we're in Panama City Beach.

Like DoubleNick says, you can wax immediately.
Factory paint is baked on and needs no cure time for waxing after delivery.
Have fun!
