A month ago I dropped $100 for NXT wax, NXT detailer, NXT car wash and detailing stuff from AutoGeek. My order came today with only the detailing stuff....incomplete after 35 days of waiting. AutoGeek claims they never got receipt of payment from PayPal. Has anyone else had problems with AutoGeek? Wondering.....

I am about ready to file a merchants complaint with PayPal because of poor service from AutoGeek.

 

If they say they never got receipt of payment from PayPal, why did they send you anything at all instead of a partial order?

 

They sent an excuse....3 weeks ago...and i sent a copy of the order and the paypal receipt. The said they would send the order and all i got was my partial order.

 

I have found autogeek to be very quick, stuff arriving 2 days after ordered. Then again, I just used the credit card online

I would suggest the problem is not with autogeek but most probably with paypal which can have all kinds of problems ... like phishing.

 

I had enough problems with Paypal that I won't use them again.

 

I have never had any problems with Autogeek. I always get everything within about 3 days.

However, even the best companies can screw up, but I would probably blame it on PayPal.

I have an order in process now, so this will probably jinx it and I'll get it in October .
