Mini Car Care Products

Has anyone used or reviewed Mini's brand of car care products? I suppose they are the same as BMW products, but I'd be interested if anyone can confirm this and has impressions on either products as I've seen few if any reviews of either.

Thanks!

Paul

I'd be interested as well...

I was wondering if anyone has bought and used the items that the service department carries for MINI's.

I have purchased the Wheel Cleaner and I'd say it's the best I've ever used. You can actually see it eating away at the dirt, brake dust, and grime on your wheels, and you don't have to wet them first like the directions say. While seeing all this eating away at crap is great and all, I wouldn't be comfortable if this was say a Eagle One product, but since it's made and guaranteed by MINI I know it's safe for my wheels!

Just got my liscense today!!!!!

Never tried any Mini branded stuff; I doubt I ever will. But I recently "discovered" Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish. It's a general purpose cleaner, labeled for plastic, brake dust, etc. This stuff actually cleans wax from plastic better than anything else I've tried, including the obligatory peanut butter or peanut oil.

About 6 bucks a can at any motorcycle shop. (Honda car dealers probably carry it too). Great stuff!
